GENERAL INFORMATION
CONSTRUCOLOR®R01 is a transparent liquid, water-repellant, free of solvents, easy to applied and environment friendly; developed to waterproof cast-in-place surfaces, plasters and pre-cast pieces based on stone pit or concrete mixes.
R01 is manufactured with state of the art technology, high quality raw materials and strict quality control, in order to achieve an excellent performance and durability even under severe weather conditions.

CONSTRUCOLOR® This product develops repellence to the absorption and exit of liquid water, allowing it to escape as vapor.
CONSTRUCOLOR® R01 is highly resistant to sunlight, weather conditions and alkalinity, which allow it to maintain its repellence to water properties through time.

USE
R01 is easy to use, the only step to make is to impregnate the surface to be protected.
Waterproof capabilities achieved with R01 directly increases with the small pore. The smaller the pore is the greater the water repellence is, the bigger the pore is the lower the water repellence is.

YIELD
CONSTRUCOLOR® R01 yield depends on the porosity of the surface to be protected and the application method used, being able to easily determine so making tests under the regular conditions on which the product will operate. In general a liter of R01 yields in average 5 m² (1 gallon 203.52 feet 2). 

APPLICATION
The CONSTRUCOLOR® R01 is applied with a low-pressure sprayer, brush or roller, over a dry surface free of grease or any other substance that prevents a direct contact of R01 with concrete or mortar. On surfaces with very small pores it should be applied with high-friction felts.
R01 waterproof properties are developed once it is applied, since chemical reactions occur between the water-repellant agents and the substrate, where these agents become an integral part of it and therefore produce a lasting waterproof effect.
R01 penetrates up to 1 cm or ½ inch under concrete or mortar surface, this is where the chemical reactions between the water-repellant agents and the substrate occur, and the agents become an integral part of it producing therefore a long-lasting waterproof effect.

UTILIZATION
CONSTRUCOLOR® B01 is easy to use and can be added at any time to the water or directly in the mixture during the mixing process.
The dosage of B01 pigments are calculated in percentage of the cement in the mixture, making it possible to be added according the weight or volume, either manually or through an automatic dispensing equipment.

PACKAGING
CONSTRUCOLOR® R01 is packed in 5 gallons buckets. Unopened containers can maintain the product for six months at temperatures between 0ºC and 30ºC.
